I have been going to the Las Vegas renaissance festival for the last three years. My favorite part of it the fair has always been the costumes. Many of the attendees dress up in various costumes full of all kinds of creativity. Last year after going I had planned to dress up and I let an entire year roll by where I did not work on a costume. Disappointed in myself, the day before the fair I decided I was going to make a costume in a day. I somehow managed to pump out two costumes the day before the fair, one for my cousin and one for myself.
Charla and Carlos were married on 6-19-2010. I put together the video footage and compressed it down to a decent 11 minutes. I was asked to upload this so here it is. Enjoy.
I was at the apple store the other day and I heard one of the Mac guys ask a customer, “On a scale of 1 to 10 how big of a nerd are you?” I pondered this question and of course eavesdropped on the conversation out of pure curiosity. How would I have answered such a personal question?
Throwback to the last decade. In case you missed them, check out 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007. Unfortunately, we’ve reached the end. :’( but not forever. There are still many more decades to come (I hope) and plenty of photos to be had.
I am contently driving down the street when I notice this giant sign plastered to a wall that says: call me I’m 50! I’m intrigued but not enough to call the guy (or girl) because at this point I realize the sign is posted on the outside wall of a school. Now, if that doesn’t tip the cops off to a possible pedophile, I don’t know what will.
Ah, back to the last decade. I still cannot believe I’m old enough to say that. How nice it would be to be young again. I did 2003 through 2005 last week and now I’m moving on to 2006 & 2007, both of which were very fun years. I did lots of traveling and made lots of new friends.
